Many individuals are under the impression that solid hardwood flooring surpasses engineered hardwood flooring and may even will not consider engineered flooring for their home. Having spent 25 years to be a flooring contractor along with the past 4 years being a retailer of both engineered and solid hardwood flooring, I've noted that there are a great deal of misconceptions about both different types of floors. I have to share this information and my experience to be able to make an educated decision about the best floor in your project.
