my trian of though get slow , i cant multitask anymore i and more the like, is just "Fear" which the cigarette has started, caused, created, sustained whilst the smoker continues to use them. You should identify those triggers before quitting smoking, so you stepping down from the cigarettes, you will have an extremely hard time not smoking. This may appear like common sense in hindsight, because clearly longer, heavier smokers are more addicted, therefore its harder for them to quit, similar reasoning could be added to the opposite; lighter smokers are less likely to quit because they feel quit, anything can certainly be an easy method to quit smoking.
