The key to effective social bookmarking is to do it on a large scale - bookmark all your best content on a regular basis and bookmark at as many sites as you possibly can. I've listed a couple of dozen sites here and so even if that only takes you a couple of minutes for each one you're looking at about an hour of your time if done manually!
