In each workshop, students will be introduced to fundemental Tai Chi concepts and learn practices to help apply them. In addition, each workshop will introduce a new stance in the aforementioned San-Shou routine and have to the opportunity to practice with others.

You may begin your attendance at any workshop. We hold these workshop series several times per year and if you miss a date in this series there is a good chance we will offer the workshop later in the year.
