1.) How to act responsible

1.1) You must not copy any content 1:1 (copy'n paste), unless you are absolutely sure that it`s allowed by the owner.
1.2) Writing comments you should remember that quotes must not exess a certain length and should have a reference to the source (e.g. a hyperlink) attached.
1.3) Recording audios you should always express the topic with your own words.

2.2) By providing public contents to folkd (written comments, audio recordings, etc.) you grant us the rights of automated data processing and using your content to improve the system without furthur consultation (e.g. sending cool contents to the main page).


folkd respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. folkd may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may be repeat infringers. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide folkd`s administration team the following information:

A) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest;
B) a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
C) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site;
D) your address, telephone number, and email address;
E a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
F) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner`s behalf.
