We are Yieldcraft OÜ, company registered in Estonia, registration number 14936879, address Sepapaja tn 6, 15551, Tallinn, Estonia (referred to herein as “we”, “us” or “our”). We provide a simple website and easy to use browser buttons which allow you to save your favorite links and bookmarks online and access them from anywhere at any time (the “Services”).

 

We want you to understand what types of personal data we collect and what may happen to that data if you visit our website or use our Services.

 

To the extent Information is associated with an identified or identifiable natural person and is protected as personal data under applicable data protection law, it is referred to in this Privacy Notice as “personal data.”

 

Applicability of this Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice does not apply to any third-party services or software that integrate with the Services or any other third-party products, services or businesses. For example, If you will use our paid subscription Service, our third party payment processors will collect and handle your credit card and related payment information or if you register with us using your existing social media account details. Such third party processors’ use of your personal data is governed by their respective privacy policies and if you have any questions related to collecting and using this information please contact this third-party service provider. Please note that we do not control and are not responsible for processing your personal data by third-party service providers.

 

Personaldata we process

We may collect, receive and process your personal data in a variety of ways:

  • Customer Data. We collect and process the following Customer data, related to our Services directly from you:
    • Account data. When you register as a user of our website, we ask for personal information that will be used to register and activate your account. During registration, you are required to provide a name, password and valid email address.
    • Banking data. If you choose to subscribe to our paid Service we will process your bank account number and payment details in order to receive the payments from you. Our third party payment processors will collect and handle your credit card information and related payment information.
  • Other Information. We also collect, generate and receive Other Information, that we collect directly from you or from third-party service providers:
    • Service data. In addition to the information that you provide to us when you register for a user account, we collect information about the URLs, titles and tags you save to our website. The types of information we collect includes your Internet Protocol address (IP address), time, page or file requested. If you are on a mobile device, we collect the advertising identifiers provided by Apple on iOS and by Google on Android. You can change this identifier in your device settings. If you choose to share any articles, videos, or other content with another person, we will ask you to provide a valid email address for that person.
    • Website usage information. When you interact with the Services, metadata is generated that provides additional context about the actions and time, for example, the types of Services are used (if any) and how long you were on the page.

How we process personal data

Generally, no one is under a statutory or contractual obligation to provide any Customer Data or Other Information. However, certain personal data should be collected to provide you Services and if some personal data is not provided, we may be unable to perform and provide you the Services.

 

Customer Data will be used and processed by us when you register as a user of our Services. You are not required to create a user account or provide any personal data in order to visit our website, however in order to use our Services you are required to create a user account. We use and process Customer Data in order to perform the Services to you as described in this Privacy Notice. The legal bases for processing of Customer Data are primarily that the processing is necessary for providing the Services and without this data we cannot perform our Services to you.

We may need to contact you for invoicing, and we process Banking Data for billing, account management and other administrative matters. 

We use Other Information to protect our legitimate interests in operating our Services, websites and business and in order to perform our Services to you. More specifically, we use Other Information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain and protect our Services. This includes use of Other Information to support delivery of the Services, prevent or address service errors, security or technical issues, analyze and monitor usage.
  • To communicate with you by responding to your requests, comments and questions. If you contact us, we may use your Other Information to respond.
  • To investigate and help prevent security issues. For those purposes we may use and process Website usage information and Cookie Information.

Where you choose to login using your third-party social media account we may receive Social Media Login Data about you from your social media provider. We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this Privacy Notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant website. How We Share And Disclose Information

We do not transfer personal data outside the European Union and European Economic Area countries.

 

Data Retention

We will retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice or as required by regulatory legislation or data protection legislation.

 

We will retain Customer Data for three years after termination of your account. After termination of the account, we will not use Customer data for other purpose than retention. After retention period has expired the Customer data will be deleted permanently.  

 

We may retain Other Information as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. This may include keeping your Other Information after you have terminated your account for the period of time needed for to pursue legitimate business interests, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

 

Your Rights

You have certain statutory rights in relation to processing of your personal data. Subject to any exemptions provided by law, you may have the right to request access to personal data, as well as to seek to update, delete or correct this data. If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can log in to your account settings and update your user account. You can delete your account using the settings provided in your account and by clicking on "I want to delete my account".

You have a right to file complaints about the use of the personal data with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee, e-mail:  [email protected] ) if you find that processing your data infringes your rights and interests.

 

Changes to this Privacy Notice

We may change this Privacy Notice from time to time. Laws, regulations, and industry standards evolve, which may make those changes necessary, or we may make changes to our services. We will make the changes available to this page and encourage you to review our Privacy Notice to stay informed. If we make changes that materially affect your privacy rights, we will provide additional notice, such as via email and through the website. If you disagree with the changes to this Privacy Notice, you should deactivate your account.
